Abby flirts with Gabe and he goes back home and makes passionate sex with Lily. Meanwhile Abby asks an acquaintance to get all details on Gabe and James. She says she is going for a double this time. Vivian is angry with James for not spending time with her and decides to leave alone for a weekend trip. She tells Abby about it. The next morning Abby goes to Gabe's office to get a boob job and ends up seducing him and has sex. Abby continues to goad James, now since Vivian has left. James ends up going to Abby's house and has sex with her, not knowing that she had surveillance cameras, recording everything. The next morning Abby goes to James's office and demands $100,000 else she will reveal all to Vivan. Coming home, Gabe tells James that Abby had sex with him as well. Gabe goes over to Abby's and ends up having sex with both Abby and Gigi. The same is again recorded by Abby. Abby then demands $100,000 from Gabe as well. James stands to lose his public image and Gabe will lose his entire practice if Abby goes public with her allegations. Gabe again has sex with Lily at home. Abby has invited James, Gabe, Lily and Vivian for dinner. James is under a lot of stress and ends up having sex with Vivian in Abby's bathroom, during dinner. Lily suggests a mortgage to Abby, so she can own the house and use the rent to finance the mortgage. Lily admits that she knows Abby is a lesbian and that she herself experimented in college. The next day, Lily comes over with the financing numbers and ends up having sex with Abby. Gigi watches them and feels betrayed by Abby. When confronted, Abby insists that this is only business and that she has no feelings for anyone other than Gigi. Lily tells Vivian that she had sex with Abby. James and Gabe get talking and realize that both are being blackmailed by Abby. James does his own investigation and figures out that Abby has had an influx of $100,000 in her accounts every 6 months. He figures she is a professional blackmailer. James and Gabe decide to first come clean to their wives before confronting Abby. Lily is fine as she also cheated on Gabe with Abby. Vivian on the other hand, leaves James. James and Gabe confront Abby. Abby is arrested for false ID. Abby had forged a check 5 years ago and faces jail time in Florida for the same. James offers freedom in exchange for the tapes. Abby takes the deal. James drops out of the race for DA's office and Vivian returns to him.
