- James leads a lonely life in a luxurious castle. He never goes out with friends. One day he finds himself interested in an injured, handsome Swedish soccer player.

He doesn't have a wife or children the only thing he has is a pair of fishes in an aquarium. It seems like the wind is always blowing from the same direction and the grass always stays the same colour green. On one day his sister who lives in a village in the south of Spain, called Villa de Ves, calls him up. She tries to convince him to leave his safe surroundings and move to Spain to live with her. Finally, he makes an important decision: he is going to his sister in Spain. But what will he do with his little tiny tobacco store? And does he have enough perseverance to make his little dream come true?
- The 22-minute film "Victor Nobel" tells the story of Victor Nobel, a man in his thirties who is unable to make any choices in life, so he decides to stay in bed. A total apathy has taken control of him. Nobel chooses his dreamworld before his daily reality. He takes himself further and further in an impossible position and gets a feeling of guilt over his laziness. He ignores all outside influences. When his telephone rings, he stifles it with pillows. He is a dreamer, endlessly escaping from daily business. Rediscovering reality is a central point in this film. The main character's dreamworld becomes his reality. Eventualy his indifference and pent-up feelings break loose into tears. Realising that every second that ticks is an utter new and unique experience, he learns just like a child to watch his own environment with astonishment. The agony he is experiencing in daily life is replaced by a new view in the art of living.
- Every night, a fierce wind rises in Ilza's village. The villagers are afraid of the wind and believe that it will carry them to a great void. Together with Rutger, the baker's son, Ilza sets out to explore into the wind, but in time she is faced with a choice: should she listen to her parents or follow her heart?
- A brightly colored shop in a grey city attracts all sorts of people - but also animals. The owner of the shop is a perfectionist and has just finished a unicorn cake to perfection. Mr Fly also thinks the cake looks rather attractive, whereupon a fight breaks out between the two.
