- The wife and sister of Colombian congressman Alberto Villamizar are kidnapped by the Extraditables in response to new extradition laws. Alberto and the police try to close in on the kidnappers and rescue Alberto's family.

It is the year 1967, a time of political upheaval and work is difficult to find, so they leave for the capital, Santiago. Despite the charm of the city, they are robbed as soon as they arrive. But in that confusing incident they meet Carmen (26), who proposes a business to them to survive.
