An unbelievably intense, incredible piece of television, written and directed to perfection. Every story crosses over to some applaud, while the resurrection of Ford, the continually skippy timeline and Dolores's increasingly destructive behaviour ensure for one of the biggest episodes yet. This really is the new Game of Thrones. - DirectorUta BriesewitzStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightThe telling of Akecheta and the Ghost Nation's journey to consciousness; Maeve's life hangs in the balance.9.2
In an episode being declared one of the greatest of the series thus far, we're treated to a beautiful love story, a much needed character background and, hugely, full comprehension of the extent of Maive's abilities. Although I feel this episode is dwarfed by the incredible 'Les Ecorches', 'Kiksuya' is by no means the filler episode the plot perhaps suggested. - DirectorStephen WilliamsStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightThe Man in Black confronts his troubled past; Charlotte forms a plan to kill all the hosts.9.2
An episode which encourages the viewer to question the nature and definity of their reality, there are some shocking moments and fascinating revelations - not least of which The Man In Blacks devastating split from what's real. - DirectorFrederick E.O. ToyeStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightEveryone converges at the Valley Beyond.9.3
What a finale. Although 'Passenger' didn't quite reach the lofty standards set by the chaos of season one, that's hardly an insult. Totally mind-bending; awe inspiring; shocking, there aren't enough words to describe what Westworld has achieved this episode and this season. While some sections of fans have lost patience with Ford's puzzles and games - it only makes me want to watch more - knowing that it will pay off at some point. - DirectorJonathan NolanStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightDolores sets out to find the architect of the Rehoboam; Bernard tries to blend in; Ex-soldier Caleb tries to find his way in neo-Los Angeles.8.8
An exciting new direction for an already bold show. Dolores is a terrific villian, and Aaron Paul slots in seamlessly as a character we can get behind. I can't wait to see where they take it this season! - DirectorRichard J. LewisStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightMaeve finds herself in a new park and meets a ghost from the past; Bernard makes his way back to Westworld.8.5
A suitably mind bending episode which reintroduces Maeve to the fold, with a host reveal to boot. Going back to the park was always going to be fun - especially given the inspired WW2 setting. - DirectorAmanda MarsalisStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightCharlotte grapples with reality; Dolores and Caleb begin to form a key partnership.8.6
Is it all a simulation? Who is actually impersonating Hale? Typically fantastic writing paired with genre building sci-fi and fundamental questions galore - S3 is beginning to hit its stride. - DirectorPaul CameronStarsEvan Rachel WoodThandiwe NewtonJeffrey WrightBernard and Ashley infiltrate a private charity event, while Dolores and Caleb make similar plans; The Man in Black prepares to re-enter society; Maeve comes face to face with an old comrade.9.4
A phenomenal episode which epitomises what this season, and show, is all about. Bold ideas. Shocking twists. And above all, great acting and visuals.
