∙ Amplifies effectiveness vs Grineer Machines. Corpus is already weak to Imp due to their bars being mostly shields, but Elec would give Imp weapons a drastic bonus to Robots' HP as well. Elec's chain dmg proc synergizes w/Shotguns' potential for area dmg, and the Stun proc synergizes with Imp's Stagger proc for CC builds.
∙ Gives Imp little benefit when dealing with Grineer elites, similar to Mag dmg.
Blast, Knockdown | Machines(+75%), Fossilized-F(+50%), Ferr-A(-25%)
∙ Best dmg compliment for vs Machines. Blast proc also compliments Imp's Stagger proc for CC builds. CC synergy w/bonus vs Fossilized-F gives Imp a much easier time with Infested heavies.
∙ Further polarizes effectiveness vs Grineer, as Imp is great vs Machines at a cost of effectiveness vs troops' Flesh stat. The reduction vs Ferr-A would make dealing w/Grineer grunts a little more taxing when compounded with their HP's inherent resistence to Imp-dmg.

∙ Cold is resisted by 2/3 Infested types, so along with Imp's total neutrality vs Infested, avoid using this combo vs Infested.

∙ Amplifies effectiveness vs Grineer Machines. Corpus is already weak to Imp due to their bars being mostly shields, but Elec would give Imp weapons a drastic bonus to Robots' HP as well. Elec's chain dmg proc synergizes w/Shotguns' potential for area dmg, and the Stun proc synergizes with Imp's Stagger proc for CC builds.
∙ Gives Imp little benefit when dealing with Grineer elites, similar to Mag dmg.
Blast, Knockdown | Machines(+75%), Fossilized-F(+50%), Ferr-A(-25%)
∙ Best dmg compliment for vs Machines. Blast proc also compliments Imp's Stagger proc for CC builds. CC synergy w/bonus vs Fossilized-F gives Imp a much easier time with Infested heavies.
∙ Further polarizes effectiveness vs Grineer, as Imp is great vs Machines at a cost of effectiveness vs troops' Flesh stat. The reduction vs Ferr-A would make dealing w/Grineer grunts a little more taxing when compounded with their HP's inherent resistence to Imp-dmg.
