- Additional Crew
Born in Toronto, Canada, Peter had a memorable childhood. One of his
most memorable moments was when he and his younger brother Eric caught
a snake in a nearby woods and named it Adolf. In grade 5 he first
decided he was going to get into writing when his teacher commented on
a poem he had written. After Peter finished school, he spent many years
working at different jobs, and moved to Toronto, Canada in 1980, where
he still resides. He spent several years there running day Six Garden
Services, then spent fifteen years teaching high school English. During
those years he became the Canadian correspondent for Starlog magazine,
served as unit publicist for a Carolco film, began acting
professionally and turning out a steady flow of woodcarvings and resin
castings on science fiction and fantasy themes. Peter is a published
poet, prize-winning author and playwright, and co-founder of
BardBusters, a touring theatre company designed to perform Shakespeare
plays in high school classrooms. He now lives happily in Toronto,
Canada with his two cats, concentrating mainly on writing and directing
for the theatre.
