Mark Brady was born in Palm Beach, Florida and came to New York at the age of six. When he graduated from the New York's School Of Visual Arts in 1980, he had already had substantial experience in photography, film, and video. While working for the Lincoln Center Library of Performing Arts, Mark videotaped over 50 Broadway plays and musicals, including Waiting for Godot and Filder on the Roof.
In the 90s, Mark continued his work in theater and dance, shooting dance videos for Ellen Cornfield and Emma Diamond. He then shot 14 music videos and 3 commercials plus 15 short films. His first feature film was Rachel Amodeo's What about Me.
