- Pedro Camargo was born on April 8, 1941 in São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. He was an actor and director, known for Os primeiros Momentos (1973), Eu Transo, Ela Transa (1972) and Estranho triângulo (1970). He died on June 24, 2015 in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

- In 1961, he became a professional, when he entered the Youth Theater of Rio de Janeiro and acted in the Aurimar Rocha Company. He also acted for TV Tupi and TV Continental, in which he participated as a producer and mini-series author.
- From 1962 to 1966, he was a redactor, commercial director and jingles composer for several advertising agencies, including DIPRO, Denison Advertising and McCann-Erickson, besides his work as a freelancer.
- Composed several songs, including "Chuva" ("Rain"), in partnership with Durval Ferreira. It was recorded by famous Bossa-Nova singers and performed by Sarah Vaughan, Milt Jackson, Baden Powell and Emilio Santiago.
