Susan Wloszczyna determines that Emma Thompson ("Saving Mr. Banks") and Oscar Isaac ("Inside Llewyn Davis") are not Oscar nominees this year because their characters were just too mean and unlikable. Both play roles that are not sympathetic and "downright horrible at times." She says that most artistic-type characters nominated since 2000 had lives that took tragic turns: Marion Cotillard ("La Vie en Rose"), Nicole Kidman ("Moulin Rouge"), and Natalie Portman ("The Black Swan") as some of the examples. Indiewire. What are the four Grammy Awards moments that you should not miss Sunday night? Power couple Beyonce and Jay-z will perform "Drunk in Love" from her current self-titled album. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have a showstopper version of "Same Love" with Mary Lambert and Trombone Shortly. Daft Punk take the stage with Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams for "Get Lucky." Joseph Gatt and Justin Bruening have has been cast in NBC‘s Wonder Woman. The 2011 Wonder Woman production sees Joseph Gatt as a retainer of Elizabeth Hurley‘s Veronica Cale. Joseph Gatt will be “a physical presence against Wonder Woman” on the superhero TV series. What that basically means is that Wonder Woman (Adrianne Palicki) and Joseph Gatt will be fighting on screen during David E. Question: GoreZone Magazine has such a dramatic look from other horror magazines why? What made you do it? Why use the tag line ‘Vogue for horror fans’?
Bryn Hammond : Well first and foremost I really don’t read very many horror magazines anymore. The horror boom was great in the 90’s and I loved Fangoria, but it lost that cutting edge it had and I stopped buying it. The recent rumours are very sad.
