- Andre Paquette's involvement in filmed entertainment spans over three decades. During the 80's, he served as a senior executive at Astral, made numerous acquisitions with a slew of independent producers and was instrumental in landing exclusive home video label deals with Disney and Columbia TriStar for Canada. Owned indie distribution company Film Circuit, sold its 200 title library to the publicly traded media group Coscient where he served as Executive Vice-President, Acquisition & Distribution, overseeing a 50M$ operation. His web of relationships with content buyers and distributors paved the way to production. During the past decade he produced four features, namely "Black Point" starring David Caruso, "After Alice" starring Kiefer Sutherland, "Federal Protection" starring Armand Assante and "One Way Out" starring Jim Belushi and Jason Bateman and executive produced all episodes of Radio-Canada's hit TV series "Les Boys".
