Here’s a rather creepy brand new UK trailer and poster for Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz’s new movie, Dream House. It starts off similar to the Us one that we saw earlier in the year but then gives us quite a bit of new footage.

John Debney has signed on to score the upcoming thriller Dream House. The film is directed by Jim Sheridan (In America, My Left Foot) and stars Daniel Craig, Rachel Weisz and Naomi Watts. The movie centers on a successful publisher who quits his job in New York City and relocates his wife and two daughters to a quaint New England town, only to discover that their perfect new home was the murder scene of a mother and her two children. Among the project’s producers are Ehren Kruger (screenwriter of The Ring), David Bobker (The Skeleton Key) and James G. Robinson & David Robinson for Morgan Creek Productions. The script is by David Loucka and Caleb Deschanel (The Passion of the Christ) is the film’s cinematographer. Dream House is Debney’s first collaboration with Sheridan. Principal photography has begun on Morgan Creek Productions’ “Dream House“, it was announced today by James G. Robinson and Rick Nicita, co-chairmen of Morgan Creek Productions. Oscar winner Rachel Weisz has signed on to star in new thriller, which has also just cast Daniel Craig and Naomi Watts.
The film tells the story of a successful publisher (Daniel Craig) who quits a job in New York City to relocate his wife (Rachel Weisz) and two daughters to a quaint New England town. Naomi Watts (The Ring, King Kong) will star opposite Daniel Craig in Dream House, a thriller Jim Sheridan is directing for Morgan Creek. Universal is distributing in North America. The project, picked up as a spec by David Loucka, follows a family that relocates into what appears to be the ideal residence in small town Connecticut. However, the husband (Craig) and wife (Watts) are disturbed to discover that their beautiful new home was the site of another family's slaughter, believed to be at the hands of the husband who survived. The company's James G. Robinson is producing with David Robinson, Rick Nicita, Daniel Bobker and Ehren Kruger. Production is slated to begin February in Toronto.
