- Alma Seidler was born on June 8, 1899 in Leoben, Styria, Austria-Hungary. She was an actress, known for Everyman (1961), The Eternal Waltz (1954) and Ein Volksfeind (1964). She died on December 8, 1977 in Vienna, Austria.

- The actress Alma Seidler came in touch with the theater at a young age because her father Ernst Seidler was a regular actor at the Burgtheater in Vienna since 1918.
- She remained active as an actress till to the old age and to her last cinematical works belong "Der Raub der Sabinerinnen" (1976), "Der Unverbesserliche" (1977) and "Der Spinnenmörder" (1978).
- Alma Seidler too took part in numerous plays at this theater where she remained active from the 20s to the 70s.
- She only appeared very seldom in front of the camera at the beginning of her career, her first film was the silent movie "Der Feuertod" (1920). It followed a long-lasting interruption before she continued her film career from 1945. She made her comeback with the production "Wo ist Herr Belling?" (1945).
