It's Pia Sundhage's last game with the Us Women's Team today. Espnw has a great piece on her leaving, with players like Alex Morgan and Abby Wambach praising her style. Pia talked about being a Gold-medal winning coach but still having a gender barrier in the game.
If I go into a locker room where it's only women's soccer, I have the status. If I go into a locker room with men, I don't have the same status.

The Moreno Valley assault is the third recently of a girl by teenage boys and men. It may have been part of an initiation by a street gang, which used a 15-year-old girl to lure the victim, reports Christine Pelisek.
Seven teenagers in California are accused of raping an 11-year-old girl in a park bathroom, the latest in a series of horrifying gang rapes that have hit the news in recent weeks.
The case is the third in a row in which a girl has been attacked by a group of teenage boys and men. In February, 18 teenage boys and men in their 20s were arrested for gang raping an 11-year-old girl in Cleveland, Texas. That same month, a 13-year-old middle school student reported that a boy sexually assaulted her while two of his friends held her down in a park in Banning, a small city 80 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.

More Cannes coverage
Cannes -- Russell Mulcahy has been tapped to write and direct "Bait," a 3-D action adventure shark movie.
The project, set to begin filming on Australia's Gold Coast this year, will be co-produced by Arclight Films and Australia's Limelight, Arclight managing directing Gary Hamilton announced Thursday in Cannes.
The film will be produced by Hamilton and Limelight's Dale Bradley. Richard Stewart and Grant Bradley, both of Limelight, and Mike Gabrawy, Arclight's head of production, will serve as exec producers. Sales will be handled by Arclight's genre division, Darclight.
Upping the ante on peril, the film is set in a coastal town where a freak tsunami floods and traps shoppers in a supermarket with an armed maniac and a pack of hungry tiger sharks that have been washed into the building.
"This will be a truly monstrous thriller and the first Australian feature in 3-D," Hamilton said.
