Britney Spears’ 2002 film Crossroads is returning to the big screen.
The teen dramedy — featuring the Princess of Pop in her first feature role — will be rereleased in cinemas around the globe on Oct. 23 and Oct. 25 timed to the publication of her new tell-all memoir, The Woman in Me, which arrives Oct. 24. Trafalgar Releasing, Sony Music Entertainment and RCA Records announced the global fan event on Thursday.

Eras Tour, which opens on Oct. 13, will be playing in thousands of theaters across North America, while Crossroads‘ location count is roughly 875 theaters.
Crossroads, based on a concept created by Spears, was written by Shonda Rhimes and directed by Tamra Davis. Anson Mount, Zoe Saldaña, Taryn Manning, Kim Cattrall and Dan Aykroyd co-star.
