- Sheri was born and raised in New Jersey, now living in Florida. Several months after relocating to Florida she began working as a model/spokes-model which ultimately opened the doors for her first acting role.
Through acting workshops, networking groups and local agencies she gained a wealth of experience working on several independent films and TV commercials. Ms. Lawrence has since helped produce, direct and promote several productions and thoroughly enjoys working both sides of the camera.
In 2003 she received the Best Actress award for her performance as "Fermentia" in the horror film Filthy (2003) at Florida's 15th Annual Crystal Reel Awards ceremony. She wrote, produced and filmed her first screenplay entitled Contact from Beyond.

- Was inspired to write, produce and film a screenplay for a short film entitled Contact From Beyond during her mom's struggle with cancer. Listed in the film's closing credits is "in memory of her Dad". Thankfully her mom lived to see the movie before she lost her battle.
