It’s time for this week’s review of Aew: Dark, which once again comes from Aew Universal and, surprisingly, features an appearance by the Young Bucks… On Dark?! What’s going on? The Bucks taking a walk down memory lane? Let’s take a look.
Match #1: The Young Bucks & Brandon Cutler def. Dark Order
My Thoughts: This was a great opening match with both teams looking good. Cutler did his usual goofy stuff and Still got the pin. You knew Dark Order weren’t going to win this one but Cutler getting the pin? Really?! Still, a really good match to open Dark. Still weird seeing the Bucks wrestle at Universal Studios again though…
My Score: 3 out of 5 Match #2: Ruby Soho def. Ashley D’Amboise
My Thoughts: Nice to see Ashley D’Amboise back on Aew programming and, once again, she impresses even in the loss. A typical...

Welcome to this week’s review of Aew: Dark, which airs just 48 hours after the companies Revolution pay per view. This one is in front of a hot crowd at a pre-Rampage taping. With 1o matches on this card there’s a lot to cover so let’s get right to it.
Match #1: Anna Jay def. Marina Tucker
My Thoughts: This was Anna Jay doing another of her squash matches, taking just over a minute to put Marina Tucker away with the Queen Slayer. Other than that there was nothing much to this one.
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Scorpio Sky def. Sonny Kiss
My Thoughts: With Scorpio Sky set to fight Sammy Guevara on Dynamite this week you’d think he’d be taking things easy but no, Sonny Kiss actually give Sky a run for his money in this match. Sky looked like the dominant wrestler...

Welcome to this weeks review of Aew: Dark, the second episode of the show to eminate from Universal Studios in Orlando. Yes, Aew is bringing studio wrestling to their brand Finally making a distinction between Aew’s various programmes.
Match #1: Wardlow def. Jdx
My Thoughts: Jdx gets in a thrust kick before Wardlow takes over and decimates him with Five powerbombs and then his finisher for the win… Squash is too soft a term for this one!
My Score: 1 out of 5 Match #2: Big Swole def. Allie Katch
My Thoughts: Allie Katch makes her Aew debut and tried to get the better of Swole. Unfortunately a missed move gives Swole the opening to takeover the match and that’s all she wrote for Katch.
My Score: 1.5 out of 5 Match #3: Santana and Ortiz def. Chaos Project
My Thoughts: This was surprisingly better than I expected with Santana and Ortiz...
