Maria Vez began her journey in the make-up industry by studying at a private academic institute in Athens. Eager to enhance her skills and knowledge, she further honed her craft by attending numerous seminars conducted by globally recognized artists in London.
After gaining valuable experience in Athens, Maria made the decision to relocate to London to pursue her dreams and expand her career opportunities.
She has had the privilege of working backstage at renowned fashion shows such as London and Paris Fashion Week.
One of Maria's most notable achievements was her collaboration with director Romain Gavras on the GENE8RION conceptual music movie for musician 070Shake's "Neo Surf." Co-produced with Iconoclast and Onassis Cultural Foundation, the project gained significant recognition and was published on platforms worldwide. Additionally, the video was featured in the Future Shock exhibition at London's 180 The Strand until August 28, 2022.
She also worked on the futuristic sci-fi short film "On Xerxes' Throne," directed by Evi Kalogiropoulou. Commissioned and produced by the Onassis Cultural Foundation. The film received the Canal+ Award for Short Film at the Semaine De La Critique during the Cannes Film Festival in 2022.
Maria remains available for projects worldwide, eager to continue creating works driven by her passion for art, beauty, and individualism.
