Caesar graduated from New Iberia Senior High School at mid-term to pursue an associates degree in Business Administration and to manage the family business. Caesar completed Accounting I, II and III, Business Law, Data Processing and other related business courses in 18 months. Caesar managed and became the CFO and part owner of Bijou Lumber Co. INC. from 1975 to 1986. In 1986 he moved from New Iberia to Los Angeles California with his wife and 3 year old son, Jared. Caesar became a framing contractor within a 4 month period. This lead to him being a licensed general contracting and then recruited to assist in the back-lot Universal Studios' rebuild in 1989. He joined the IATSE local 44 in 1990 and has contributed to numerous Motion Picture and film projects as a set builder, designer, budget controller and construction coordinator. Caesar has always been fascinated with history in particular the era which involve, Native Americans, free people of color, slavery, post civil war and the acquisition of property from sharecropping and court cases. The stories passed on to him by elders, research and his spiritual upbringing has perpetuated his interest in writing and producing screenplays. Caesar's writing is aimed at bringing awareness of how history impacts our current economical and social status of the present.
Caesar is still married to Sandra Marie Begnaud a LAX city analyst and the mother of 2 sons, Jared and Giovanni. The 2 sons are both in the motion picture business. The beauty of the 2 sons being involved in set building is that they all work together on projects and will work together at some point in time.
