ICM Partners has announced that Rob Prinz, the former head of music/personal appearances at UTA, has joined the agency’s Los Angeles office as a partner. Concerts agent Nikki Wheeler is also joining ICM. Prinz has been named co-head of worldwide concerts, a title he shares with Steve Levine. Rock agent Marsha Vlasic is leaving ICM Partners after six years with the talent agency. Vlasic's client roster includes heavyweights such as Neil Young, Elvis Costello, Iggy Pop and Muse. ICM's Steve Levine informed the company of Vlasic's exit in an email late Friday: "In 2008, ICM Partners acquired Mvo, a live booking agency owned by Marsha Vlasic. It marked a return to ICM, where Marsha worked in the 1980s. We've enjoyed a successful relationship these past six years, but we've amicably decided to part ways at this time.
