Ray Nagin was born on 11 June 1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. He is an actor, known for Labou (2008), Nova (1974) and When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts (2006). He has been married to Seletha Smith since 1982. They have three children.
