- Marnie was born and raised in a suburb of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where she was exposed to many facets of the arts. At a young age she developed a love for movies, television, theater, dance and other creative outlets. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Marnie moved to Chicago where her love of the arts was cultivated.
In 2002, Marnie relocated to the Central Florida area where she met and studied with Karen Storms of Storms Acting Studio. Karen encouraged Marnie to take her love for performing arts and become a participant in the process. After working with Karen, Marnie began auditioning for agents and films. It wasn't long before she landed her first role in student film at the renowned Full Sail University.
Marnie was quickly signed with an agent in the Central Florida area. Marnie has studied at the Truthful Acting Studio in Orlando and completed the Sanford Meisner program. Marnie is currently enrolled in a Showcase Workshop at Truthful Acting, which is by invitation only. Marnie has also had the privilege of studying with the incredible Larry Silverberg of the True Acting Institute.
Marnie is currently represented by agents both locally and nationally and works in the fields of film, television and commercials. In 2012, Marnie was cast as the lead in the original theater production, Love Never Fails.
Two of Marnie's films Psychosis and Spoon River have been submitted to a number of nationally recognized film festivals. The film Psychosis which Marnie played the role of Isabelle Perroni, recently won the festival award for Best Acting.

Marnie's passion for understanding the industry as a whole lead her to accept a position as a Talent Agent with CMG in Central Florida, where Marnie learned more about the business side of the industry. Marnie had the opportunity to represent a number of SAG/AFTRA and non-union talented actors, models and performers who secured both local and national roles within the industry.
In 2017 Marnie's education continued when she accepted a position with Heniz Productions in Orlando where she was able to learn more about the casting process under the mentorship of Heather Heinz, a well respected veteran in the industry.
Marnie is currently an Acting & Entertainment Coach at The Studio Orlando where she coaches talent in working the Orlando market, advanced auditioning, episodic scene labs and more.
