While The Walking Dead comic book series may have come to a surprise end last year with the 193rd issue, writer Robert Kirkman and artist Charlie Adlard are picking up the story of Negan for a good cause in a new one-shot.
Continuing the story of the polarizing former leader of the Saviors, Negan Lives #1 will be released exclusively in comic book stores on July 1st, with 100% of the book's revenue going to the shops that sell it.
This is Kirkman and Adlard's way of giving back to comic book stores in the days of the Covid-19 pandemic, and it will also be a special treat for readers to re-enter the world of The Walking Dead.
For additional details, we have the official cover art and press release:

Dead Man Logan #10 Writer: Ed Brisson | Artist: Mike Henderson | Colourist: Nolan Woodard | Letters: Cory Petit
After a couple of issues of scene setting for Logan’s return to The Wastelands we get an action heavy issue. This is a smart move by Brisson as it gets the metaphorical adrenaline pumping in reading terms. With only two issues left now you feel we are going to get a climatic conclusion and some emotional wrap up. After ten issues I think it is safe to say that for future re-reads this maxi series can stand on its own. It doesn’t need to rely on the success and nostalgia of Mark Millar’s original ‘Old Man Logan’ story. Across this series Brisson has stayed true to that but also added a lot of fresh new elements to give it its own feel. One of those elements set up last issues, pays off...

If you're not caught up with The Walking Dead comic book series, or you haven't read the series at all and wish to avoid The Walking Dead spoilers altogether, then go no further, for there are Major Spoilers Ahead.
It's something we knew would happen one day. Even in the early years of this website, it's something that Robert Kirkman told Daily Dead would happen. It's something he was planning to do for a long time. But that doesn't make it any less shocking now that it's happened.
Rick Grimes has been killed in The Walking Dead comic book series.
This may come as no surprise to readers of issue #191, which came out on May 1st from Skybound. That issue ended with Rick Grimes being shot in the chest in his own bed by a nighttime visitor, Sebastian Milton, who was none too pleased that Rick's speech to prevent a...
