Dominik Eisenschmidt

Dominik Eisenschmidt was born on March 6th in Duesseldorf, Germany. He
decided to become an actor at the age of 8, inspired by Tom Hanks's
performance in Forrest Gump. Dominik started acting when he was 10 in
different school theatre productions. At the age of 17 he became a
member of a youth ensemble at a local theatre, where he performed in
numerous improv shows and plays. At this time he also started to get
smaller parts in German tv shows, until he was casted as one of eight
main cast members of the German sketch comedy show "Geile Zeit" in
2007. The show was canceled after one season and in 2009 Dominik made
his way into the US, pursuing a bachelor's degree in acting at
Bennington College in Vermont.
