Born in Kansas City, MO, Tom Farnan is an actor and comedian who primarily stars in a variety of commercials.
He moved to Chicago and immersed himself in theater and improv, including a BA in Acting from Columbia College. Not to mention being a cast member of ComedySportz, The Second City, ImprovOlympic, Annoyance Theater and The Steppenwolf Theater's adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut's 'Slaughterhouse-Five', Directed by Academy Award Winner, Eric Simonson.
Earlier film appearances include performing in two 48 Hour Film projects directed and produced by Philip Nobert; "Breakin' Bread", a Mockumentary about the Last Supper, featuring Tom as the Apostle Matthew and 'Garage Sale' a comedy about hope during the collapse of the housing market. This project was featured at The Cannes Film Festival, in recognition of The Global 48 Film Project.
As a commercial actor, Tom has appeared in numerous spots, with name directors; like Miller Genuine Draft with Pete Marquis, Bosch with Bart Timmer, and Orbit Gum with Brian Lee Hughes.
