- [on children being taught to pledge allegiance to monarch and country] Saying a pledge of allegiance is never going to change the problems because that's an individual thing, it's some person that has an issue. Just saying a pledge isn't going to change the way they think or what they want to do or how they're going to act. That will always be around but I just think for a sense of belonging, to actually instill a little bit of pride in your country and what it stands for, and for the monarch. I think it's nice.
