Rana Sabbagha

Born in Beirut, she completed her studies in Filmmaking at IESAV (Institut d'Etudes Scéniques et Audiovisuelles). She has been working for twenty years as a freelancer film editor.
Her editing career have been revolving around long formats feature films and documentaries, she also took part in the editing of some limited series.
One of her early work is the International Digital Emmy Award winner Shankaboot, the world's first Arabic Web Drama Series.
At ease with versatility she made her work in different genres of films. She edited features such as Ghadi by Amin Dora, a Maid for Each by Maher Abi Samra, and the upcoming River's Tale by Bassem Breche, and art house genre of films like Everyday Madonna by Nadim Asfar.
She's currently (2022) editing Embodied Chorus with Mohamad Sabah and Danielle Davie.
