One of the prominent features of the Planet of the Apes franchise is that the binary that exists between apes and humans ends up being emphasized through a moral lens and via subversive takes, which acts as a symbolical presentation of the treatment of the marginalized in ‘civilized’ society. However, the ape antagonists who exist on the fringes of the binary, as traits of humans and apes seamlessly intermingle in their characterization, make for the most intriguing discourse involving the two species. In the original series, the orangutan Dr. Zaius played such a role as the ape leader of science and religion; in the rebooted trilogy, Koba, the human-hating Bonobo, made quite an impact as the usurper; and in Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, the tyrant Bonobo monarch, Proximus Caesar, has left a strong impression on viewers in a short span of time. In the past, many actors have gone to extreme lengths to play a character or prepare for a role they were offered to make the most of the opportunity. For Jesse Eisenberg, that length was going full monkey mode and playing the role of Sasquatch.
In fact, the initial release and clips from his film Sasquatch Sunset has turned the eyes of almost everyone to the project, who cannot wait to witness this film in theaters soon.
Jesse Eisenberg in a still from Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice
But even when people are impressed with what the star has done in this surreal comedy film, it seems like a different species of audience member didn’t feel the same. In an interview, Eisenberg revealed that he once showed this film to a Bonobo monkey named Kanzi, who is considered the smartest ape, who had a very strong reaction to his character in the film.

The series will mark Watanabe’s return to the sci-fi action genre with a globe-trotting thriller set in the near future.
The year is 2052 – an era of unprecedented peace and prosperity prevails across the globe. The reason for this: mankind has been freed from sickness and pain. Nobel Prize winning neuroscientist Dr. Skinner has developed a miracle cure-all drug with no apparent drawbacks called Hapuna. Hapuna soon becomes ubiquitous… and essential. However, soon after Hapuna is officially introduced, Dr. Skinner vanishes.

Beyoncé made history at the 2023 Grammy Awards when she became the most-awarded person in the Recording Academy’s history, with a total of 32 golden gramophones to her name. The “Alien Superstar” singer took the stage to accept her thirty-second Grammy Award at the ceremony and gave an emotional speech thanking those important to her. But for retired basketball star Magic Johnson, more should’ve been done to mark the momentous occasion.

The Brits 2023 are officially over for another year, and it was Harry Styles's night. As predicted, the "As It Was" singer took home artist of the year, song of the year, best pop / r&b, and album of the year - marking the start of a very good 2023 for the former One Direction member, having won the best album award at the Grammys just a week earlier. Wet Leg and Beyoncé both won two Brits, while The 1975, Aitch, and Becky Hill also scooped the top prizes.
Styles sweeping the board even saw him enter an exclusive club, unofficially named the "4 Brits Club." Dave Rowntree, the drummer of Blur, tweeted on Feb. 12, "I'd like to welcome @Harry_Styles to the #4BritsClub. It's been a bit lonely with just us and @Adele these past years. Next meeting in March – you can bring the biscuits." While there are artists who have won...

The 2023 Grammy Awards took place on Sunday, February 5 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
Beyoncé led with the most nominations with nine in total while Kendrick Lamar received eight. Jay-Z earned five nominations, tying his wife, Beyoncé, for the most nominations in Grammys history at 88.
Beyoncé and the contemporary Christian music collective Maverick City Music each won the most awards with four trophies. Beyoncé’s four victories this year for Best Dance/Electronic Recording, Best Traditional R&b Performance, Best R&b Song and Best Dance/Electronic Music Album made her the artist with the most Grammy wins in history with 32.
However, Beyoncé failed to scoop up the night’s three major awards: Song of the Year (Bonnie Raitt‘s “Just Like That”), Record of the Year (Lizzo‘s “About Damn Time”) and Album of the Year (Harry Styles‘ Harry’s House).
Lizzo appeared visibly stunned by her win.

The first batch of winners at the 2023 Grammy Awards has been announced! The show is far from over, and Beyoncé has already become the most-awarded artist in the Recording Academy's history. Other performers are also cleaning up with exciting wins. This year's main event is, once again, hosted by Trevor Noah - who served as the Mc in 2021 and 2022 - who, in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, teased that it'll be "the most star-studded room the Grammys has been for many, many years."

These tracks mark the first releases through Bonobo’s new label, Outlier. “‘Heartbreak’ seems like a good starting point and was the track that became the catalyst to start the label — one for the dance floors in a time when they’re dearly missed,” Bonobo explained in a statement. In 2014, attendance had fallen sharply at Trópico, a Mexican music festival held in the resort city of Acapulco. The festival was only in its second year, and after 43 students disappeared in the nearby city of Iguala a few months prior, a large number of festivalgoers had the same thought: stay home.
But at one point during the three-day festival, organizer Pepe Bezaury recalled an atypical moment. The Rapture’s Luke Jenner, LCD Soundsystem’s Pat Mahoney and Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor, among others, took to the stage before going silent.
