One of the biggest surprises from The Game Awards 2017 was the World Premiere of the new First Person Shooter, Witchfire. Bringing in the creators of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and Bullet Storm (what a mix!?) brings what looks like a cross between Doom and Bioshock? Crazy, I know, but take a look at the gameplay for yourself!
Developer Astronauts hasn’t released much information besides this awesome reveal trailer, but it looks like something worth keeping tabs on my friends. If you haven’t played The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, its well worth a playthrough and considerably makes the hype for Witchfire that much bigger. We’ll be keeping you up to date on all things Witchfire as more info releases.

If you're looking for a new first-person shooter or loved The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Witchfire is just the game you're looking for. If you want to see more of this grim fantasy game, look no further! We've got more information and the gameplay trailer, right here!
Hey there! Adrian Chmielarz from The Astronauts here!
Have you been wondering what we’ve been up to lately? Well, the new game we’re working on is called Witchfire. It’s a dark fantasy first person shooter… and that’s all we can say at the moment. The game is still a long way from release and we are not announcing any other platforms than PC/Steam. The reason we’re launching the teaser so early is simply to let everyone know that we’re alive and kicking, and how radically different this new project of ours is compared to our previous game,...

Sony has work to do on PlayStation backwards compatibility - an area it's lagging behind Xbox One...
Blood soaks the walls of the fog-filled entrance to a labyrinthine alley.
Bravely, Harry continues into the darkness. A siren wails hauntingly from some unknown place. There is something terribly disconcerting about all this. Perhaps he should go back? And then, in the blackness, he sees a gurney. A bloody sheet covers what can only be a body lying beneath it. And yet, Harry goes on. More blood is splattered on the concrete, even more drips from the chain link fence. And then he comes across it – a horrifying decomposing corpse hangs from the fence in front of him. And what are those figures coming towards him out of the gloom?
Things are looking very bad in the town of Silent Hill.
It is one of the most memorable moments in video game history.

Gaming is a constantly evolving art form, which promotes change through creativity and new ideas. As such, what we used to think of as a video game is now a part of a much more broad definition, which includes newer genres like the aptly-dubbed “walking simulator.” It’s in that more recent category where Dear Esther finds itself, as it eschews things like jumping from platform to platform, firing guns and even solving puzzles, in favour of a more cerebral experience.
Having begun its life as a free-to-download Source mod back in 2008, Dear Esther has since been polished into a full-fledged game. And, after time spent on PC, it’s now broadening its horizons and expanding its audience with a trip to consoles as Dear Esther: Landmark Edition.
While PC gamers are more familiar with experimental titles, including such walking simulators, consoles have not been without until now. Examples include The Vanishing of Ethan Carter,...

Damn, it’s a good time to be a geek right now. Not only have we got Star Wars and Batman V Superman gearing up to dominate the silver screen, but the games industry promptly took one look at 2014’s paltry offering of titles and went “Yeah go on, let ’em have both barrels this time”.
The best part comes in trying to rank these phenomenal titles, but let’s just take stock of the year that was for a second. Scratch Battlefield Hardline, Evolve and The Order: 1886, as after that fairly limp start, we got The Witcher 3, Batman: Arkham Knight, Metal Gear Solid V, Halo 5 and most recently, the hulking behemoth that is Fallout 4.
Even that alone, regardless of any ranking, is one hell of a lineup.
There were a ton of boundary-pushing indie creations keeping the larger studios on their toes too, although...

World Champions, the wrestlers who can rightfully claim to be the face of their promotions, have become almost an endangered species as of late. Proof of this lies no further than at the top of two of the most notable promotions today.
WWE found itself without their top title holder Seth Rollins due to a knee injury sustained this week in Dublin. This sucks for Seth and has caused massive intrigue as to how the company will handle this unfortunate shakeup. It’s also a shame because Roman Reigns was positioned well as his next challenge over a few weeks of quality in-ring action.
Tna, on the other hand, saw Matt Hardy vacate his title a few weeks back to save Dixie Carter the hassle of a promised legal battle by Ethan Carter III. This absolutely was planned and immediately launched a World Title Series that has provided purpose to their programming.

With the leaps and bounds made in the graphical capabilities of video games in recent years, there is one genre that has steadily risen in popularity, the best of which results in games that are deeply affecting, immersive experiences. I am talking about the rather mundanely named ‘walking simulators.’ While hearing that title may evoke ideas of punishingly tedious gameplay (and yes, when not done right that may well be the result), there have been several terrific titles that all fall under the walking simulator umbrella. Games like Gone Home and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter have received much praise for their focus on story and exploration of painstakingly detailed worlds. The new effort by Funcom, The Park, also fits into this category.
The Park is billed as a first-person, psychological horror game, coming out just in time for Halloween. The story focuses on young mother Lorraine, who has just...

The world of professional wrestling is a strange one indeed. Not many industries have an undisputed industry leader in terms of size and reputation. Indeed, not many industries are as terrifyingly dominated as pro graps is. Coca Cola is one of the biggest companies in the world, but when it comes to fizzy drinks people are also aware of Pepsi and others. When it comes to wrestling and the majority of the mainstream, WWE is wrestling.
It would add up that the goal of any (Western) professional wrestler would be to make it to the WWE. Many heralded independent stalwarts have made it with great success, especially over the last few years, but WWE can also end up moving careers squarely towards the mud, where incredible performers get bogged down in McMahon’s self-defeating booking and general schlong-waving.

There are many wrestling fans writing eulogies for Tna Wrestling, the result of reports that the company’s Impact program has been cancelled by Destination America, interest waning in the product and longtime stars seeking employment elsewhere. Even main event talent like The Hardy Boyz and world champion Ethan Carter III have been the subject of reports surrounding World Wrestling Entertainment’s interest in signing them away from the promotion.
Those eulogies may be warranted, and Tna may very well be on its last legs, but Thursday night they returned to the road for the first in a series of consecutive live events. The York Fair in central Pennsylvania was home to the event, a venue that has housed the promotion in the past. With a card featuring the aforementioned Hardys, EC3, Bobby Roode, Ken Anderson and Drew Galloway, and ticket prices as low as $15, this writer seized...

For those of us who live for those special moments of exhilaration, the past week of professional wrestling programming has been in no short supply of them. From Tna’s No Surrender to Lucha Underground’s Ultima Lucha, several promotions where already prepared to bring their best.
Matt Hardy fought in a Full Metal Mayhem match for the Tna Championship. Vampiro gave a surprising violent performance against his rival no more at Lucha Underground’s season finale. Even on Monday Night Raw, Neville provided a few insanely tense moments of his own when he came this close to winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
This article will rehash all of the more exciting moments of the past week and scour the most insane spots that aired on TV. Lucha Underground, Raw, Nxt, Ring of Honor, Smackdown, and Tna Impact are all viewed and considered, but only the most insane spots get featured.

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter
Developed by The Astronauts
Published by The Astronauts
Available on PC, PS4
Sometimes an experience is all something offers and in the end it’s all something needs to offer. This has been the trend with story-driven indie game walking simulators for the past few years. The Vanishing of Ethan Carter attempts to tell its story in a similar fashion while surpassing its contemporaries in certain aspects and, conversely, failing at being something more than it ought to.
First off, the game is packaged beautifully and looks stunningly realistic running on the Unreal engine 4. The game takes place in Red Creek Valley, a small mining community nestled within a mountain region of forest and rivers. The valley exudes a certain eerieness to it which blends with a naturalistic welcoming tainted only by man itself.

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to host a panel on video games and art at a local convention. While the convention is home-grown and fairly small (and the venue was even smaller), it was a truly enjoyable experience. It’s not very often that a fan of video games (such as myself) gets to sit down and talk about the artistic merit of video games as a medium, short of resorting to online discussions on forums, which tend to lack a certain intimacy.
Granted, these opportunities can be rare and far between (at least for me). Most of my other conversations about video games are relegated to water cooler talk at work, and if you didn’t already know, the general public focuses on a few key genres and franchises, namely any sport or shooter game. As an ardent supporter of titles like Bastion and Journey, I’ve...

Though an untimely PlayStation Network pre-order page may have stolen the studio’s thunder, The Astronauts has confirmed that its supernatural adventure title The Vanishing of Ethan Carter will make its way onto PlayStation 4 next week, Wednesday, July 15.
Crucially, the game’s transition onto console meant it was rebuilt to suit Sony’s current-gen hardware, rather than existing as a last-minute port. Now that the cat’s out of the bag, Ethan Carter can be pre-ordered on Ps Store for £13.94, with other prices to be revealed at a later date.
Released on PC last year to critical acclaim, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter sees players explore the ambient, wholly mysterious Red Creek Valley in the hope of solving a murder mystery. Combat is practically non-existent, and you’ll spend the vast majority of your playtime unearthing new clues and secrets that may or may not have a bearing on the core story.

Here are the results from Slammiversary;
X-Division Title: Tigre Uno d. Manik & DJ Zema. Tigre Uno used a corkscew senton for the win.
Robbie E d. Jessie Godderz. They were a former heel tag team, Robbie turned face and got the win a reverse Ddt.
Street Fight: Bram d. Matt Morgan. Prior to the match, Morgan challenged Bram to a Street Fight. There was a point in the match where Bram tried to find an object, but didn’t seem to find anything. After getting some chairs in the ring, Bram was able to hit a Ddt on a chair for the win.

One of the biggest wrestling stories of the year was the news of Bill DeMott’s alleged unsavory training methods in Nxt being once again brought to light. Current and former WWE trainees and aspiring wrestlers took positions on the man who was cursed with some of the worst gimmick names in history, with former pupils such as Tna’s Ethan Carter III and Dolph Ziggler’s brother Ryan Nemeth calling him out for abusive behavior.
For his part, DeMott defended his actions but opted to “step down” from his position as head trainer of Nxt and has since been replaced by Matt Bloom. Despite the rampant allegations of misconduct, discrimination and verbally and physically abusive methods he’s remained relatively quiet on the issue.

Ethan Carter III, the storyline nephew of Tna President Dixie Carter, is a man who has turned disappointment into opportunity. Originally languishing in WWE’s developmental system as Derrick Bateman, he was released after 4 years with the company and was soon picked up by Tna. They saw potential in the man and over the past two years, his character has carefully been crafted into one of the real success stories of the company. Rather than being someone who made their name in the WWE, Carter (real name Michael Hutter, 32) has been a home-grown success for Tna.
Carter is still undefeated in Tna since starting with the company in 2013 and his gradual rise to the top is set to potentially peak at Tna’s next pay-per-view show, Slammiversary Xiii on June 28th 2015, when he challenges Olympic gold medallist and current reigning Tna World Heavyweight Champion, Kurt Angle for his title.

For the past seven years, Tna has brought its unique brand of action to the United Kingdom in what is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the company’s calendar. From what started as a small tour in places like Brentwood, Essex and Coventry, the annual tour has blossomed into a block of TV tapings in major arenas across the UK that both thrill Tna’s loyal UK following and make great looking television shows.
For 2016, Tna have announced that they’re going back to their roots with Maximum Impact 8, billed as the most “fan friendly tour” of all time, where backstage passes and other treats will be up for grabs for the loudest fans in each arena. As well as this, Tna have promised family friendly event timings, which one would presume means an earlier start and finish times, as well as a ticket pricing structure suitable for all budgets.

From the time Tna Impact Wrestling star Ken Anderson was a little kid, he wanted to become an actor. This sort of evolved into other forms of entertainment. Inspiration for his current career path came in his early 20s when he became an avid pro wrestling fan. “I was sort of ticked off at myself that I missed so much over the years,” says Anderson, who will face Ethan Carter III in fan voted stipulation of falls count anywhere or arm wrestling challenge on Impact Wrestling 9 p.m. Et Friday, on Destination America. “I went back and watched as much as … Continue reading →

Tna Impact Wrestling’s Ethan Carter III recalls running for “Class Representative at Large” in high school because the youngster wanted to write a great speech, but have none of the responsibility. The astute member of the student body’s platform was promising more snow days. Even though he failed to deliver weather-wise, EC3 won the election. Years later, Carter unveiled his “EC3 for Champ” campaign during a recent edition of Impact Wrestling on Destination America. “I’ve had an impeccable track record since coming into Tna,” he says. “No besmirches on my win-loss record, but I have yet to receive a title shot. After months of teasing the fans, WWE finally gave us exactly what we wanted, no, demanded: Brad Maddox on TV for five seconds. Will it lead to anything? No, probably not, but it was nice to see him again. Now he will most likely leave our lives once again, and re-emerge six months from now in the background of a Santino sketch.
Let’s hand out some quick worst awards for fun! First up: The winner for the announcer who pays the least amount of attention goes to…Booker T for asking “Have you ever seen a flying Samoan?” Why yes, yes we have. Their names are The Usos and we see them every single week. The worst bookers in the world go to WWE creative for giving us two Big Show matches in one week, and the worst promoting tactic goes to Tna for their live Tweets special.

Rockstar Spud is due to battle with Ethan Carter III on this week’s Tna Impact Wrestling broadcast. It promises to be worth tuning in for, as this won’t be just any old match, it will be a hair vs hair match.
In anticipation for this, I had the chance to speak with Spud and EC3. We talked about their upcoming match, the Bill DeMott controversy, problems within Tna and much more.
On the subject of the hair versus hair match, you can really tell how much it means to both of these guys. Make sure to tune in this Friday in the Us, or 9pm this Sunday in the UK on Challenge TV.

One of the most frequent complaints that has been lobbed against the PlayStation 4 in the past year or so has been the lack of games, especially exclusives. Last fall in particular it was a visible problem as the rival Xbox One had several well-regarded exclusives hit such as "Sunset Overdrive," "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" and "Forza Horizon 2" on top of the cross-platform Aaa titles that both consoles share.
In early 2015 though the tables have turned to some degree with the imminent release of Ps exclusive titles like "The Order 1886" and "Bloodborne". With Sony now seemingly fighting back, they've done something unexpected - publishing a complete list of all their upcoming 2015 game releases.
Many still don't have specific dates yet, dates which aren't expected to be announced until around the time of the big conventions closer to mid-year, but here's the list as it stands now.

WWE didn’t quite hit the reset button this week, but it sure looks like they’re feeling a little shaky about what to do at WrestleMania. Two years in a row now the Royal Rumble winner was greeted with escalating hostility. Next year maybe they’ll look to start an all-out riot and let Sheamus win again. Are they trying to buy time hoping fans will come around to Roman Reigns? Or are they just needlessly teasing them some more by letting them think that Daniel Bryan could main-event another Mania?
In times like this, it’s best to assume the usual: they have absolutely no idea what they’re doing!
In other wrestling questions this week, couldn’t Ethan Carter have found some electric clippers that didn’t need to be plugged in so he could shave Rockstar Spud’s hair? At least he could have...

This week Nxt moved to Wednesdays, Impact moved to Fridays, and Raw and SmackDown’s ratings moved up a notch. That’s a sign that all you need to do to increase interest is finally induct one of the most popular wrestlers into the hall, or air wacky psychiatrist skits. I’m not sure which one brought in more fans.
I like to pick on Tna most weeks, but this week Impact was pretty decent again. The company is even doing a better job of pushing Jeremy Borash as a babyface than WWE is with every babyface on their roster. I don’t see Jb backing down to Ethan Carter like Dolph Ziggler, Erick Rowan and Ryback did to The Authority! As for the fan sign of the week? Let’s go with “Roman Lames.” Simple, but effective. It also works on multiple levels!

For years now the gaming industry’s art departments have been the unsung heroes of any production. Having sat there and meticulously crafted every piece of foliage, sculpted every rock and made sure every tiny frill on a characters constume animates and billows in the wind accordingly, you very rarely hear anyone discuss the visually artistic merits of video games.
Many gamers have journeyed from the valleys of Hyrule to the wastelands of Fallout or the shiny sun-dossed shores of Dark Souls II, all uttering the same thing at one or another time; “Man… that looks awesome.”
Time magazine had a similar thought when they recruited one Ashley Gilbertson – a war correspondent and ‘conflict photographer’ – to take to The Last of Us: Remastered with the core idea being to shoot a digital world like you would the real one.

The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is an enigmatic journey to discover the truth behind a troubled young man’s sudden disappearance. Drawing inspiration from pulp, private eye and horror fiction, the game takes players on a mysterious narrative experience told in a minimalist fashion. This simple plot manages to pull off an incredible existential exploration of humanity’s darker nature and successfully finds a place in the medium as an IP with greater cultural significance than existing purely as a traditional video game.
From the very beginning, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter assures you that it won’t hold your hand and trust me, it doesn’t. Players find themselves thrust into a gorgeous non-linear world that openly encourages exploration at a slow, methodical pace, allowing you to drink in every beam of light parting the flowing leafs in the trees above. See, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter pulls you immediately into another world.

We, as a nation, have apparently decided that we want most of our video games to come out at the same time every year. We, as a nation, should probably rethink that, because the time it takes to finish an average video game is something crazy like 40 hours. Even with the time off that comes around the holidays, taking on a few extra full-time-job's worth of games is kind of bananas. Did we mention that this fall's release calendar is what a "light" year looks like? Fortunately, our own Natalie Abrams, Jonathon Dornbush, Darren Franich, Aaron Morales, and Joshua Rivera...

Adventure games tend to have a set narrative, they like to guide you by the hand and lead you through the scenes to make sure you are doing things right and not deviating from the set path. This has worked ever since the origins of computer games, right back to text-based adventures so why change what works? The Vanishing of Ethan Carter refuses to take you by the hand, in fact it just sets you walking down a tunnel leading to Red Creek Valley with an invitation to find a missing boy known as Ethan Carter.
You play the role of private detective Paul Prospero whose occult style of investigative work gives him the ability to see a ghostly re-enactment of the crimes he investigates, as long as the scene is set correctly. This entails you as the player to look for the evidence and place the missing pieces before working out the chronology.

With Tna Wrestling’s biggest pay-per-view of the year less than two weeks away, the company has officially released the entire card for this year’s Bound for Glory. This year’s 10th annual edition of the PPV event will take place at the legendary Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan on October 12th. The show will be jointly produced along with Keiji Mutoh’s Wrestle-1 promotion.
Many fans had wondered when Tna would announce the match-ups for Bound for Glory as the event grew closer. Now, the company has officially announced the entire card for the PPV. Interestingly, only one championship will be on the line, and it’s not the Tna World title. Also, the card will unsurprisingly feature a handful of Tna versus Wrestle-1 contests.
The recently debuted Knockout, Havok, will compete against former Knockout Champion, Velvet Sky. The masked Manik will take on Wrestle-1’s Minoru Tanaka,...

Summer is almost over, and we’re headed into the cold, cruel fall. That means kids are back in school, the leaves are turning colors, and WWE will soon surrender to Monday Night Football and air four months worth of mediocre programming.
This week we said goodbye to our good pal Robert Van Dam for now (which former world champ will now take his place of losing lackluster four minute matches?), saw Slater Gator and Los Matadores somehow escape the dungeon of Main Event to compete on Raw, and watched The Ascension win their 759th squash match on Nxt. If only there was some sort of Network out there where I could watch more of this!
This week’s nitpick: Ethan Carter did Sting’s trademark “woo”, then performed a Stinger Splash onto Rhino into the corner. He was clearly mocking his old opponent/WWE’s favorite tease.

Developer The Astronauts is trying to deliver an immersive story unlike anything else currently out there, and it's a noble goal. In an age when most games tend to hold the hands of the protagonist to the point where it is an hour before you truly are "in control," Ethan Carter gives you the reigns almost immediately and doesn't restrict you once in the world either. If you see it in the distance, you can get there, and you can get there now. To see a bit of how this open world affects the gameplay, you can peep the gameplay trailer below, complete with developer commentary.
Vanishing puts you in control of Detective Paul Prospero, who receives a message from Ethan Carter, and sensing trouble, goes to investigate the boy's disappearance. The game will have some supernatural overtones but won't be an all out horror title. Here is a bit...

Developer The Astronauts has confirmed that their intriguing new thriller, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, will arrive on September 25 for Windows PC. In celebration of the release date being officially set, a brand new 13 minute clip from the title has been released.
A mystery with a flare for the supernatural, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is the debut title from the team at The Astronauts, which was founded by ex-members of People Can Fly. Unlike their former violent output, which include brain-dead shooters such as Painkiller and Bulletstorm, this title focuses more on using your brain, rather than your trigger-finger.
In the video, we are introduced to protagonist Paul Prospero, an “occult-minded detective.” After receiving a letter from Ethan Carter, Prospero sets off in search of the child, but soon finds himself embroiled in something much more sinister. In order to solve this mystery, our hero must roam through surrounding...

The dust has barely settled on this year’s Gamescom, and after an impressive showing during the Sony press conference, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter is back with another gameplay video.
The lengthy demo features developer commentary and walks the viewer through the process of solving one of the many ghastly mysteries found in The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. This video finds the game’s protagonist, Paul Prospero, stumbling upon a blood-laden murder scene on the side of a railway.
Players must use Prospero’s ability to communicate with the dead to piece together the order in which a legless corpse met its end, and the graphics are astounding. The game’s showing at Gamescom looked like a title from the previous console generation, but this video displays the game in full 1080P.

Despite the wary nature of Tna as of late, the company continues to trek on. The promotion is currently in the midst of a tour of live events throughout the country. On August 15th, Tna stopped in Indiana, Pennsylvania with an estimated crowd of 300 to 400 in attendance.
The event saw Sanada overcome DJ Z in the opening contest. Other bouts on the card saw Madison Rayne defeat Angelina Love, James Storm triumph over Gunner, and Bobby Roode plant Magnus with a Roode Bomb for the three count.
The main event featured current Tna Tag Team Champions The Wolves facing off with the team of Devon and Mr. Anderson. Early in the contest something went wrong, as Davey Richards was obviously injured. He was taken to the back, leaving his partner Eddie Edwards to go it alone. A camera floats through an old yard, diving into an ancient crypt. A detective speaks of disturbing secrets and a man named Carter... “He shouldn’t have.”
The crypt lights up in flame, and we see a man lying on a slab, a blade protruding from his chest. At the Sony press conference this was our ghastly hello to The Vanishing off Ethan Carter.
The game appears to be ghost detective story, as the trailer quickly morphs into the spirit realm and features two ghosts attempting to decipher clues, thereby garnering comparisons to the already released Murdered: Soul Suspect.
We're also a treated to a very large tentacle, hinting at the horrors that dwell deep below Red Creek Valley while tantalizing those gamers who are into such things.
Gameplay seems to be a combination of first and third person perspective as the game switches to both styles within the trailer.

With Tna’s future uncertain, it’s talent are either confident in what lies ahead, or they’re putting on a pretty good poker face. Former Tna champion Mr. Anderson spoke to Chuck Carroll of CBS New York this week, as Anderson helped to promote the next set of Tna Impact tapings at the Manhattan Center.
Tna recently made major changes, going back to their roots by bringing back the signature six-sided ring in which helped them identify themselves during their developmental years. Many Tna stars, namely Austin Aries and Ethan Carter III publicly spoke about their dismay as it pertained to the ring. Several wrestlers have commented in the past that the six sided ring is much harder than a traditional ring, and creates an awkward angle when using the top rope.
“As far as I know (wrestlers) didn’t have any. As far as I know that was strictly an organizational thing.

Tna Wrestling is currently without a new deal for their flagship Impact program, but that isn’t stopping them from hyping their next set of tapings from the Manhattan Center next week.
The company has said there will be a major announcement regarding the tapings, which will be the second set in which Tna has done from the arena, which hosted Monday Night Raw during its early years.
Tna has already announced that former Ecw and WWE superstar Yoshihiro Tajiri will be present at the show, continuing the trend of former Ecw stars appearing on the program. Recently both Rhino and Tommy Dreamer have been brought in to participate in a high-profile program with surging star Ethan Carter III and Bully Ray. Ray’s longtime tag team partner Devon Dudley also made his return to the show during the last set of tapings, which has received positive reviews from fans.

On June 17th, Tna Wrestling posted a brief poll on their website to determine which style of ring they would permanently use from here on out — a classic four-sided ring, or the six-sides of yesteryear.
According to Tna, whichever ring received the most fan votes would be used from now on, starting with the television tapings in NYC on the June 25 – 27th weekend. The poll was originally set to end at midnight on Thursday, after a live edition of Impact. However, the voting time period was extended through Sunday, so as to incorporate the UK fans who wouldn’t see Impact until then.

The last year in WWE has seen several new talents emerge onto the main roster – from the Shield to the Wyatts, from Big E. Langston to El Torito – but there as always been talk of bringing fresh talent into the company.
Now, some new names, however talented, go to Florida to join Nxt before being called up. I remember seeing Adrian Neville perform here in the UK as Pac for years before being offered a contract. On the other hand, a returning Goldust wasn’t going to have to go to Nxt before re-emerging on Raw and SmackDown.
This is the same for Tna. They have given pushes to new talent such us Rockstar Spud, Ethan Carter III and the recently signed (American) Wolves. While Tna is on a cost-cutting drive (for several reasons) they are still on the lookout for new talent.

The Astronauts, a Polish indie triumvirate of ex-People Can Fly founders, crash landed into Videogame World earlier this year by announcing "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter," a weird fiction horror story about a detective with spooky abilities. Today, they've released the mysterious new game's first screenshots.
"Weird fiction" is a term used to describe a type of horror writing popularized at the end of the last century by people like, most famously, H. P. Lovecraft and Ambrose Bierce.
