Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Guillermo Lefeld is an American-Venezuelan recording engineer, songwriter, and music producer based in Miami, Florida.
Guillo has worked on several Grammy and Latin Grammy award nominated and winning projects. Has received two RIAA Certified Plaques for his contributions to the albums "Sweetener" by Ariana Grande (Certified Platinum) and "En Todo Estaré" by Chayanne (Certified Gold Latin), and one Certified Double Platinum Plaque from Canada Music for his contributions to the Ariana Grande "Sweetener" album. His work on the 2016 as A2 for NBC Universo/Telemundo Rio Olympics was recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with a National Sports Emmy Award Certificate. Was recognized with the Pepsi Music Award for Best Sound Engineer (along with other colleagues) for his contributions to the album "Rock & MAU 2" by La Movida Acústica Urbana feat. Various artists.
Guillo is co-founder and co-owner of Hit Central Records, a boutique recording studio in South Miami, and has engineer or assisted sessions for artists/producers like Pharrell Williams, N.E.R.D., The Neptunes, Britney Spears, Felipe Pelaez, Jay-Z, Diddy, Bun-B, Q-Tip, Estéfano, El Micha, among many others. His credits include: Ariana Grande, Yuna, Despicable 1, Adam Lambert, Felipe Pelaez, Noel Schajris, Sanluis, Tierra Adentro, Payasitas Ni Fu Ni Fa, Marianna Di Luca, Jeremias Lawson, among others.
For TV and Film, he has being part of the audio team for The Rio Olympics 2016 (NBC Universo/Telemundo), all FIFA Soccer events between 2015-2017 (NBC Universo/Telemundo), the British Premier League satellite programming (NBC Universo/Telemundo), Noticias Telemundo (Telemundo), Titulares y Más (Telemundo), and in the music department as a recording engineer for the Nickelodeon TV series "Club 57" and for the animated movie Despicable Me 1 (Universal). He also worked as a sound editor for the documentary "Robert 'Rave' Kraft: Unstoppable" by Mary Beth Koeth and Wallace Cruz.
As a performer he has had the opportunity to play as a musician and musical guest in multiple stages across America, including the Lincoln Center (NYC), the Staples Center (LA), among other important venues.
