The first season of the live-action adaptation of the popular anime and manga series One Piece, starring Emily Rudd, Taz Skylar, Iñaki Godoy, and other talented stars, was a huge hit. Now that the first season has adapted the East Blue story arc, Netflix is all set to bring the next big saga of the story, the Arabasta arc.
This means viewers will get to see some of their favorite One Piece characters in action, such as Captain Smoker and Crocodile. However, the most exciting addition will be Nico Robin, the next member set to join the Straw Hat pirate crew.

The show actually does a phenomenal job bringing to life two of the most iconic scenes of the series, the intense duel of Zoro and Mihawk.

Taz Skylar’s portrayal of Sanji is one of the rare few moments when a live-action adaptation of an anime gets it right. Eiichiro Oda is perhaps having the time of his life with the skyrocketing fame One Piece has gained in the past two years. From Gear 5 to the live-action series, it is one win after another for the mangaka.

Regarded as one of the finest actors of his generation, Sir Ian McKellen had been a pillar of British theatre for decades before venturing to Hollywood. After his early days in London theatre, including a stint in the 1970s with the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company, he crossed the pond in 1981 to play Antonio Salieri in a Broadway production of "Amadeus" — and took home a Tony Award. The movies beckoned, bringing McKellen to a new level of fame that crested when he was tapped to play the wise and courageous wizard Gandalf in Peter Jackson's "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Meanwhile, McKellen also made headlines in 1988 when he came out as openly gay in 1988 and was then knighted by the Queen in 1991.

Friendships are put to the test when nine former classmates on a reunion camping trip awake to find they’re locked into explosive vests with countdown timers on them. The only way to get more time? Kill each other…
Sometimes it’s unfortunate for filmmakers that the cast they put together can be, ultimately, unlikeable in the eyes of the audience. However in some cases, especially in horror films, having an unlikeable cast actually adds an extra dimension to your movie. Case in point, Triggered.
Directed by Alastair Orr, Triggered is the kind of film where instead of cheering on one of the characters to live, to survive in the face of adversity, to be victorious without stooping to the lows of killing, you essentially look...

"Been a long time since I've taught all of you... Tonight's your final lesson." Samuel Goldwyn has debuted an official trailer for an indie horror thriller called Triggered, not to be confused with the other horror film titled Triggered from just last year (can't they choose a different name?!). This film involves a crazy Saw-meets-Hunger-Games-esque concept - nine friends, all harboring a dark secret, wake up in the woods after a night of partying to discover they all have suicide bombs strapped to their chests, with different times on their countdown clocks. They decide to work out how to disarm the bombs or find help - until they discover they can "take" someone else's time by killing them. Uh oh. The film stars Sean Cameron Michael, Liesl Ahlers, Reine Swart, Suraya Santos, Craig Urbani, and Steven John Ward. This is a wicked cool concept -...

Tagline: "Your Countdown Has Begun." Horror thriller Triggered is a film about nine characters and bomb vests. Each friend has a suicide bomb vest strapped to their chest; each vest has a countdown timer. And, these nine characters must work together to survive a devious plot. As well, Triggered is currently in post-production. Shot in South Africa, this feature is slated for an appearance in Santa Monica, at this year's American Film Market. The film was shot by Alastair Orr (House on Willow Street) and stars: Sean Cameron Michael (Broken Darkness), Reine Swart ("Z Nation") and Steven John Ward. Recently, a movie poster was released for the film and the graphic can be found here. The film poster shows a character with axe-in-hand. Also, the film's synopsis mentions stealing another person's time, through murder. These friends must turn on each other to survive! And, the characters' time is running out...

"You should really let me go... Or you're all going to die tonight." IFC Midnight has released the official trailer for an indie horror film titled House on Willow Street, formerly From a House on Willow Street (the full title when it premiered at FrightFest last year). From director Alastair Orr, the film is about a group of kidnappers who take a young woman from a house on Willow Street. They soon find out they chose the wrong person to kidnap, as the girl is actually a demonic killer herself. Sharni Vinson stars, along with Carlyn Burchell, Steven Ward, Zino Ventura, and Gustav Gerdener. This film actually looks totally crazy and freaky and violent and everything. It gets even weirder when the special effects kick in. Have fun. Here's the official trailer (+ poster) for Alastair Orr's House on Willow Street, from IFC's YouTube: After a young woman (Sharni Vinson) is kidnapped,...

They thought they knew the score, but a group of criminals put their lives (and their very souls) at stake when they kidnap a girl possessed by a demon in House on Willow Street, a new horror film teased in a poster and trailer ahead of its release this March from IFC Midnight.
"The perfect kidnapping goes gruesomely awry in this shock-a-minute, supernatural wild ride. Led by the tough-as-nails Hazel (you're Next's Sharni Vinson), a band of desperate criminals abduct Katherine (Carlyn Burchell), the daughter of an ultra-wealthy family, for ransom. What the gang doesn't realize is that although they have Katherine's body, her soul is already in possession of a demonic force that's about to turn the tables on them. Cue a cavalcade of carnage, all building up to a totally twisted, off-the-rails finale."
