Rajesh D. Felix is an American film producer. He is best known for executive producing the Oscar Contender The Power of Movement (2020) which embodies the journey of a radiation oncologist Dr. Mehta healing cancer and mental health through the world of music and dance. The reception of his first drama-based movie I Before Thee (2018) led Rajesh into filming in the non-fiction world. Rajesh is now following through with the docu-narrative movie Iron Temple (2021) and movie R.S.P. Documentary (2019) as executive producer.
With past productions of numerous TV commercials (2013-2017), Rajesh now serves as producer and executive producer for feature films that promote creativity, technology, and global inspiration.
Rajesh started off as a concept artist and pianist. In 2014, he came together with film director Aaron M. Abelto and co-founded Able 2 Film Entertainment (A2F), a Fort Lauderdale filmmaking production company that creates high-quality micro-budget films. A2F now resides in Los Angeles. Richard Fike, Director of Stunt Predators USA & SFX, is an active adviser for action themed films.
Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall were iconic with influencing Rajesh's style of overseeing and monitoring the life cycle of a movie. As Kathleen and Frank were solely producers, they had the ability to focus on their one-role objectives which Rajesh gleaned much of their expertise from, specifically Jurassic Park (1993), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), and Jurassic Park III (2001) and more recently Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens (2015).
To Rajesh, John Lasseter was the pioneer of animation. The scientific impossibilities that John overcame through Disney and Pixar in the 90s were a large influence in Rajesh's view on day-to-day technology. Toy Story (1995) was a breakthrough in animation history and continues to prove its genius storyline through its ongoing series.
Steven Spielberg was the visual influence for Rajesh's taste in cinematic value and aesthetics in creating lush and earthy environments. From Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) to Ready Player One (2018), Spielberg's ability to assess resources and make them into a living and breathing film continues to be Rajesh's education.
Jeffrey Katzenberg was the big business influence for creating innovative business models that matched high-quality production value. The Lion King (1994) was a testament to Jeffrey's authenticity with driving strong human virtues into a cartoon that was cleverly illustrated through the animal kingdom. Rajesh continues to learn from Jeffrey's DreamWorks in managing a value-driven studio. And last but not least, Walt Disney and Roy Edward Disney were exemplary for how Rajesh perceived himself and Aaron Abelto: team players with a monstrously gargantuan goal.
Rajesh is married to writer/producer Sarah E. Felix. He attended McDaniel College in Maryland and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Wright State University. While being a producer, he has predominant work in global corporate strategy, international markets, and private equity.
