At this year’s SXSW, a small corner of Austin was transformed into the world of Filly from the upcoming Prime Video show Fallout, adapted from the popular video game franchise by Bethesda Studios. At the activation, we met some of the cast and crew behind the show and asked them everyone’s burning questions about the highly anticipated series.
One of the exciting things about Fallout compared to other video game adaptations is that it presents a new story with entirely new characters. This will allow the show to give something new to viewers, whether or not they are familiar with the games.
Actor Aaron Moten, who plays Maximus, a squire of the Brotherhood of Steel, said about the show’s approach: “I think it’s exciting because whether you’re the greatest fan of the amazing video game series or you’re new to it, I think we...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 continued on February 2 with episode 5 on MTV. Airing concurrently with the main show is its tea-spilling, backstage-focused sister series “Untucked,” now in its 15th season. For this week’s challenge, the 12 remaining queens wrote and performed original verses as the newly fashioned girl groups Q.D.S.M, Lovah Girlz, and Thicc & Stick. Geneva Karr, Megami, Nymphia Wind, and Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige were declared the winners for their performance of “A.S.M.R. Lover” and made their way backstage to the “Untucked Lounge” while the other two groups received critiques from the judges.
Gagged that they were able to win the challenge together, the first topic on their minds was how they’d go about dividing $5,000 among the four of them equally. But more importantly, they deserved to pat themselves on the back for proving the rest of the girls wrong because they...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 continued on February 2 with the fifth episode in RuPaul’s quest to find “America’s next drag superstar.” Previously in episode four, Plasma served up a perfect Barbra Streisand and sang her way to a challenge win in “Rdr Live!,” while Geneva Karr found herself in the bottom for a second straight week. Though not quite a “lip sync assassin” yet, Geneva was able to best Mirage in the Lip Sync for Your Life. Mirage, who had admittedly not known the lyrics to the song, left in tears with her sisters stirring in the emotions of her premature exit.
This week, the remaining 12 queens write and perform their own original verses as part of girl groups to three of RuPaul’s hits. Seated at the judges’ dais for episode 5 titled “Girl Groups” was Emmy winning host RuPaul Charles, longtime bestie Michelle Visage, recurring judge Ts Madison,...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 continued on January 26 with the fourth episode in RuPaul’s quest to find “America’s next drag superstar.” Following two non-elimination premiere episodes Part 1 and Part 2, the girls walked in the “The Mother of All Balls” in episode 3 where Hershii LiqCour-Jeté served the three looks that wowed her peers and the judges the least. Hershii lost the Lip Sync for Your Life to a surprised-to-be-ranked-at-the-bottom Geneva Karr. The winner of the week was Nymphia Wind who created a look from scratch that was declared as one of the best in series herstory.
This week, Geneva, Nymphia and the remaining 11 queens get in their comedy gigs for a live, one-take acting challenge. Seated at the judges’ dais for episode 4 titled “Rdr Live!” was Emmy winning host RuPaul Charles, longtime bestie Michelle Visage, recurring judge Ross Matthews, and the original “Slayer” Sarah Michelle Gellar as the extra special guest.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 continued on January 19 with episode 3 on MTV. Airing concurrently with the main show is its tea-spilling, backstage-focused sister series “Untucked,” now in its 15th season. As in the premiere episodes, following their three-loo presentations in the ball challenge, the 14 queens became judges of their sisters through the “Rate-a-Queen” twist that required them to rank their competition from tops to bottoms each week. Based on those rankings, Q, Nymphia Wind, and Sapphira Cristál placed in the top and Geneva Karr, Hershii LiqCour-Jeté, and Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige placed in the bottom.
In episode 3 of “Untucked,” the group of 14 all new queens reflected on the design challenge and runway presentations in “The Mother of All Balls.” Among the safe queens, Amanda Tori Meating was excited to be safe because she was so worried about getting her final look together, but Megami was disappointed in her placement because...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 continued on January 12 with Part 2 of its two-part premiere on MTV. Airing concurrently with the main show is its tea-spilling, backstage-focused sister series “Untucked,” now in its 15th season. This season, the queens become judges of their sisters through the “Rate-a-Queen” twist that requires them to rank their competition from tops to bottoms each week.
In episode 2 of “Untucked,” the second group of seven queens reflected on the new twist, their performances in the “Queen Choice Awards” and prepared to cast their votes for the week.
Check out our full recap of the episode below:
Immediately following the judges’ critiques, but before they cast their own votes in the “Rate-a-Queen” twist, the girls were on edge about how the rest of the cast was going to assess the rating system. Plasma wasn’t sure if her if the other girls would appreciate her style of camp...

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” season 16 kick started 2024 on January 5 with Part 1 of its two-part premiere. In this first episode, only one half of the new cast began the competition to begin “America’s next drag superstar.” On January 12’s second episode, the remaining seven hopefuls left their first impressions in a Dmv-inspired photo shoot and then showed off their talents for their peers to rate and rank from best to worst.
Seated at the judges’ dais for episode 2 titled “Queen Choice Awards” was Emmy winning host RuPaul Charles, longtime bestie Michelle Visage, recurring judge Ross Mathews, and singer/actress Becky G as the extra special guest.
The seven queens introduced this week are: Geneva Karr, Hershii LiqCour-Jeté, Megami, Mhi’ya Iman Le’Paige, Nymphia Wind, Plane Jane, and Plasma.
