Poll: Favorite Ryan O'Neal Performance

Actor Ryan O'Neal passed away on December 8; he was 82 years old.

A former boxer, he changed sports for acting and made his debut playing a bellboy in an episode of The Untouchables (1959) starting a series of regular appearances in TV during the 1960's.

In 1970 he got his breakthrough role in Love Story (1970) one of the most popular films of 1970 and a performance that earned him a Best Actor Oscar nomination.

From that point on he became one of the most popular actors in the 1970's. And his career went on until the 2010's both in cinema and in recurring roles in television.
