Even though she comes from a famous family, Giada De Laurentiis does a great job at showing us how to make delicious Italian dishes. I've tried a many a great recipes, and have never been let down. Sure, there are some that are better than others, I'll admit, but not one has been bad.

Honestly, there really isn't one I could pick to share w/ everyone its that good. And yes, some take a little longer than I would like, but the reward is greater in the end. So go check it out.
