"Distance" Goes The Distance
29 October 2006
This movie was totally under the radar at Swaziland's Golden Lion Film Festival. I didn't know what to expect coming into it. At first, I was skeptical to see David Michaels attempt a drama because his past movies were comedies ("Growing Up Simon", "Dilbert & Cromwell Present", etc.).

Much to my surprise (and enjoyment), "Distance" blew me away. After the festival, I bought three copies of the DVD and two autographed posters from Martin Cohen and Russ Varriale.

I highly recommend this film to anyone who is interested in the human struggle against nature and the coldness of the universe. I can't wait to see what their production company (Star- Crossed Pictures - I think) comes out with next.

I heard rumors of projects being filmed as early as December 2006.
