This was the perfect film - it was whole, complete. The acting, screenplay, dialogue, music, timing, plot and story - it was perfect!
There was a depth to the story, accented and staccatoed by wit and humor. The life of two people (with the main focus on Leo) was laid bare, and rang true. The joys, the shame, the comedy and the tragedy of life lived...and life not lived.
This movie showed how selfishness is not always intentionally selfish - how fear keeps us safe from that which we fear, but also binds us and keeps us far from that which (and those whom) we love.
