The Incredible Hulk: Behind the Wheel (1979)
Season 3, Episode 7
Not filmed in Toronto
2 February 2010
This is a response to the previous review. It's unlikely that the episode was filmed on location in Toronto. Old stock footage of Toronto was used for the establishing shots as you'll notice that the cars and clothes in the stock footage are somewhat dated for 1979. Also, I would say that the scenes with the actors were filmed somewhere in southern California (as were all almost all of the Hulk episodes due to budgetary constraints). For example, you'll notice plenty of chaparral, palm trees, and oleander bushes in the background and in long shots where David Banner is driving the cab. Also, the cabs and other vehicles involved in the main action have non-CA license plates, but the cars in the background have the blue and yellow CA plates from the 1970s.

Interestingly enough, the episode is supposed to take place in Newark, NJ as the map on the wall of the cab company is labeled as such.
