Burgeoning neophyte director/screenwriter Farrukh "Frack" Sheikh shines in his short film debut. The symphony of sound/music electrifies and places the viewer directly into the mind of its protagonist. From the verisimilitude to the on screen presence of the director himself (draws parallels of Alfred Hitcthock), the camera fully captures the emotion of its actors while allowing the viewer to fully appreciate the dynamics of its players. Considering this is his first film ever, Frack manages to produce brilliance in the short 19 minutes of film as he retells the tale of this San Antonio urban legend, of the school bus full of children who were all killed by a train. Farrukh beautifully takes you inside the mind of his protagonist "Ralph", who struggles to maintain a fine line between reality and fiction. The dialog mesmerizes while the acting captures the true spirit of this chilling and haunting tale. This is a magnificent achievement in directing/writing for Frack, and a must see short!
