The Following (2013–2015)
6/10
I keep waiting and waiting for LE to resemble reality

Warning: Spoilers
It is not my desire to give an episode breakdown so I do not anticipate providing spoilers. However, it could inadvertently happen.

Overall the series is watch-able if for no other reason than there is nothing else on Monday nights for me to watch.

I have given the show longer than I normally do to correct some glaring mistakes. Most notably the inept Law Enforcement throughout the series. Not just the local boys but Feds as well. From not checking all visitors in prison log book, it seems a new unknown follower pops up weekly who has visited Joe in prison, to sending one agent to protect a high profile witness. All these types of errors would never, ever, happen in real world scenarios. Once a mistake happens, LE would go overboard to prevent something again. In RW, no person thought of as a target or witness would have 1 or even 2 LE persons protecting/watching them.

I really do want the show to do well, as I enjoy the premise, regardless of how far fetched and I like some of the Actor/Actresses. Which is why I give the show a 6 out of 10.

I will continue to watch for now, but my patience is wearing more thin with each episode and the continuing ineptitude of Law Enforcement may make me switch to Netflix for Monday nights.
