Frasier is in a bit of a bad mood. Sam and the gang from the bar are getting ready for the fishing trip. Diane makes Sam take Frasier with them on a trip. They play a trick on him by making a snipe hunt even though a snipe doesn't exist and leave him in the woods. He comes back and Diane wanting to protect his feelings tells Sam and the guys not to tell him he was tricked. But this makes them go again with the trick, only Frasier already has figured it out and plans revenge.
An amusing episode with a great Frasier performance in it. The character is hilarious. And the twist at the end when Frasier turns out to know that there is no snipe makes it even better.
