David Banner(Bill Bixby) now works as a medic for a football team in L.A, in order to get close to a Dr. Stewart(played by Rudy Solari) who is doing research into hypnosis and rage therapy, his chief subject being the team quarterback John Tobey(played by Denny Miller) who has become extremely aggressive both on and off the field, threatening his career, as he is obsessed with cheaters denying him a victory, and the root of the problem goes back to his childhood. David risks his new job to get him the help he needs... Interesting look at sports with memorable scenes of the Hulk taking on football players on and off the field. Miller is also fine in difficult role.
