David Banner(Bill Bixby) is working for a seemingly nice old lady named Lucy Cash(played by Jeanette Nolan) he is boarding with in Atlantic City. Unfortunately, she is really a criminal mastermind, as she used David to unknowingly transport explosives, and he is caught by an FBI agent(played by John McIntire) who subsequently discovers his true identity, but offers him a deal: he'll forget about David being caught if he helps him capture Lucy. He is reluctant, but when Lucy later discovers his secret, she threatens to go to Mr. McGee if he doesn't cooperate with her! What is poor David to do? Multi-plotted story sees David in a tougher spot than usual, but of course the Hulk saves the day.
