"Taxi" is a movie that has to do as the title of it shows with a taxi which is different from all the others. On the one hand we have a taxi driver who is really obsessed with speed and on the other hand we have a loser police inspector who wants to be great and the best in his department. We watch those two try to catch some German bank robbers in order to succeed to their own goals.
I liked this movie and I found it really hilarious because of the plot and the storyline. The direction which is made by Gérard Pirès was outstanding. About the taxi I want to say that i found it beautiful and it reminded me those cars that we have watched on the James Bond movies. About the interpretations now, I have to mention the outstanding interpretation of Samy Naceri who played the crazy taxi driver and he was simply magnificent on it, Frédéric Diefenthal who played the loser inspector and he was equally good as the previous one. Of course in this movie we have the beautiful Marion Cotillard who played really good.
