The candid interviews and up close inter actions with the animals along with the wonderful narration of Brian Richy, it's hard not to bring tears to you eyes. It amazes me how the various relationships exist between between anything from birds to Lions and the coexistence between them is mind boggling. Even species which are usually enemies in the wild can find friendship and love between them. The first time I watched the show I was just amazed at how these relationships could exist, I had never ever seen anything like it before.
