I have been watching this show from the very beginning and I couldn't take my eyes off for a single moment as it was that much interesting. I do love the work done by Gary, Martin and the whole crew. This is not some talent show, it brings everyone a whole new level of experience by forming a boy band with different kinds of challenges. The concept is fresh and of course it has a little bit of 'x factor' and 'the voice' but above all, you have to be thorough with dancing as well as the singing if you really want stay alive in the competition. Certainly Gary Barlow has discovered some incredibly good fresh and young talents by putting up this show. I highly recommend you to watch the show from the beginning before making any points. One of the better reality shows I have ever seen. Keep up the good work BBC!
