When the travesty Lili "Oswaldo" Marlene (Romeu de Freitas) brings the single mother Cristina (Vanessa Alves) and her baby to the hospital, Dr. Laura (Helena Ramos) finds that the baby has a problem and asks what happened with Cristina to Lili.
