Myka and Pete go to prison while Claudia becomes magnetic

Warning: Spoilers
After a spate of apparent suicides at a Florida prison, Pete and Myka are sent to investigate. They discover that people there are suffering from hallucinations that feature people whose deaths they blame themselves for. They are not immune so soon Pete is seeing his father and Myka is seeing her old partner. Suspicion falls on an inmate who is leading a religious group as those who left are amongst the victims. As a tropical storm heads towards the prison things start to get worse; they search for the artefact that might be causing the behaviour not initially realising that perhaps they should have been looking for an artefact that had kept the prison peaceful for the last eighty years. Meanwhile back at the warehouse Claudia is continuing to check the inventory; Artie won't let her use the cherry-picker to change a flickering light bulb so she decides it would be a good idea to wear Voltaire's lab coat… at first it seems a great plan as its magnetic properties enable her to climb the buildings steal structure with ease; unfortunately more and more items are attracted to her and if Artie doesn't think of something the whole warehouse could be destroyed!

This was an impressive episode with two plot lines that nicely balanced the drama and humour. The scenes in the prison had a degree of creepiness and a real sense of danger as we saw what the hallucinations could cause people to do. Suspicion is impressively drawn to one person before the ultimate truth is revealed. Having an artefact that was needed to stop the problem made a nice change to having one that needed to be taken away to stop it… the actual cause of the problem was a bit big to take away. This story was countered by the more amusing story of Claudia and the lab coat; this also had a sense of danger. Overall another fun episode.
