The Prophet's Son is the one answer fits all Fundamentalist film for the ages. Drugs, school shootings, teen pregnancies, nuclear war all we all have to do is get with their program and these things will vanish.
The film concerns a pair of Christian families who suffer all kinds of tragedies, the Benjamins and the Oscars. The lead character is internationally acclaimed Christian rockstar Josiah David Warren who gets a few songs to sing. All of the aforementioned things happen during the course of this film and the two families lose a few members as well.
Best scene in the film is Warren performing an exorcism during visiting hours and through the glass divider of the man who wounded his brother during a robbery. In a secular audience that would have gotten a few hoots in any theater.
Strictly for church audiences and may be not even there.
