This movie has a rough start; I didn't like any of the characters at the beginning. But as the characters develop and grow, they each become less annoying and more endearing.
The theme of the movie is pretty heavy-handed, but I still found the movie enjoyable. (FYI I've only seen a few tagalog movies.)
