Imagine doing this: You are on a fast food diet intentionally for five years. All you get to eat is McDonalds, KFC and everything that qualifies as junk that you can buy. And then five years later you walk home and you get to eat food your mom cooked. If you really can imagine the joy that meal gives you, you will complain that I used the word joy.
